Some teens are eager to take the lead; others need encouragement and time to realize how to maximize their leadership style. These learning opportunities provide a wonderful foundation for expanding girls’ knowledge, skills and confidence.

Gold Award Committee Presentation Meeting
Print This Event
Category: Teen Leadership and Responsibility Development
THESE ARE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW! All Girl Scout Gold Award candidates must meet with the Gold Award Committee twice during the award process. The first meeting is to present your project proposal for approval. DO NOT begin your project until you have received approval from the Gold Award Committee. The second meeting is to present your Final Report on the approved project. Girls need to call the council staff person working with the Gold Award to schedule their appointments.

The following list indicates the place and time of Gold Award Presentation Meeting available by area during the 2015-2016 membership year. Girl Scout Gold Award proposal and Final Report Forms need to be typed and received 30 days before the presentation date you wish to attend. Every effort will be made to meet your first choice.
