GUIDELINES for USING GIRL SCOUT WEEK MATERIALS

·         Girl Scout Week Bulletin Insert – black & white

·         Girl Scout Week Bulletin Insert – 2-color

·         Girl Scout Week Bulletin Insert and Cover in Spanish – 2-color

 

à These inserts are printed/copied 2 inserts per 8.5" x 11" page (landscape orientation)

à Cut to separate each page into 2 inserts, which are each 5.5" wide.

à For best visual results, print/copy on white paper.

à Insert fits into a standard-sized bulletin cover at most houses of worship.

à Insert can also be used as a stand-alone handout.

à You may also print/copy on the back side of the insert* if desired:  invitation to join the troop, troop information, leader contact information, troop activities or community service projects, photos, sponsor thanks, etc.

 

·         Girl Scout Week Cover – 2-color

·         Girl Scout Week Cover & Insert in Spanish – 2-color

 

à These covers are printed/copied 1 per 8.5" x 11" page (landscape orientation).

à Fold to form a cover 5.5"wide.

If identifying participants, use girls’ first names only. Make sure girl and adult members have granted photo permission on their registration forms before printing any photos onto these Girl Scout Week materials or any other printed communications, such as newsletters, flyers, posters, etc.
