Girl League – Fitness & Health (Grades K-12)
Are you interested in learning fun fitness, health, and nutrition ideas that will help spark a joy of movement and improve your overall health? If so, join the members of Junior League for the month of January for four virtual, weekly sessions. You will join them in exploring yoga routines, hula hooping, stress management techniques, medication safety, and nutritious holiday treats! The members of JLC have gathered some exciting resources to keep you moving and growing healthy, and you are welcome to join!
