Background Information

Mountains to Midlands represents 22 counties in central and western South Carolina. The council's budget is approximately $5.5 million with 12,000 girls and 6,000 adults supported through a staff of 60+ full-time, part-time and seasonal positions. The corporate headquarters is located in Greenville, South Carolina, with regional service centers located in Columbia, Mauldin, and Spartanburg.

Abbeville, Aiken, Anderson, Cherokee, Chester, Edgefield, Fairfield, Greenville, Greenwood, Kershaw, Lancaster, Laurens, Lexington, McCormick, Newberry, Oconee, Pickens, Richland, Saluda, Spartanburg, Sumter, and Union counties.
