Support the Friends of Girl Scouting 2025 Annual Campaign

By making a gift to the Friends of Girl Scouting annual campaign you are ensuring the Girl Scout experience continues to build our community’s next generation of leaders. Because of your support, Girl Scouts ensures that girls have the resources to learn, grow, and thrive. Funds from our Annual Campaign support the following:

Outreach
We partner with other youth-serving organizations nonprofits, and local housing authorities to ensure girls in traditionally underserved or rural areas can participate in Girl Scouting at neighborhood centers, schools, shelters, and short-term housing facilities. Girls can receive scholarships that provide memberships, uniforms, and access to additional programming to ensure their Girl Scout experience is not hindered by their financial circumstances.

Membership
Any girl interested in the Girl Scout experience but is unable to pay the annual $25 national membership fee due to financial difficulty is supported through our annual fund. Girls must apply for membership assistance at the time of their membership registration.

Adult Services
Thoroughly trained, high-quality adult volunteers are our greatest asset in preparing girls to be the leaders of today and tomorrow. Your gift helps recruit and train adult volunteers as well as support adult recognition events and provide volunteer tools and resources.

Philanthropists who make generous annual contributions of $1,000 or more are celebrated in our Trefoil Society. As a Trefoil Society member, you amplify the power of every Girl Scout to meet head-on the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Present 5 girls with membership, uniform, and program fees for becoming Girl Scouts.

Equip 6 teen Girl Scouts to become future camp counselors.

The Emerald Circle celebrates philanthropists who make an annual gift of $250 or more. Emerald Circle members bring the Girl Scout leadership experience to girls in their communities and transform girls’ futures. CME & Me

What is CME & Me?

When you think of camp, what comes to mind? Maybe summer camp with friends, roasting s’mores, sleeping under the stars, swimming at the local pool, or spending time outside with your best friends. Perhaps many of your memorable times were made possible through the Girl Scouts. Maybe even you, a sister, or daughter learned to swim at Camp Mary Elizabeth (CME).

Camp Mary Elizabeth is our beautiful, 56-acre camp in the middle of the Spartanburg community and it needs some love so that future generations of girls can enjoy camping, swimming, and exploring for years to come.

To do that, we want to improve many of the buildings and shelters at camp to be a little more comfortable & homey. Join us for CME & Me: a community effort to make CME a place for all girls to enjoy for years to come!
