Explore the BMW Manufacturing Plant and learn about the process of
auto manufacturing.
During your experience at BMW, you
will go through several adventures including a factory tour, an
interactive car demonstration, STEM/Engineering activities, and the
chance to learn more about what it takes to build the ultimate driving
machine.
Younger girls will enjoy an exciting virtual
tour while older girls (ages 12 and up) will explore the manufacturing
plant in-person.
Girls will be split into two age groups
for most of the activities:
Younger Group: K - 6th grade (*11
years old and younger)-- separate registration is available for this
age group.
Older Group: 6th grade - 12th grade (*12 years old
or older)
*Please note that these age limits are set by BMW and
they are non-negotiable.
A pizza lunch is included. Adult
registration is limited and based on the capacity and limits of the
plant. Cost for members is $10 per girl. Cost for members outside of
council is $20 per girl. Adult cost is $5 per person.
Event is held at the BMW Manufacturing Plant in Greer, SC. Event
starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. and runs until 1:30 p.m. Drop off is from
8:30-8:45 a.m.
