Registration for all events closes five business days prior to the event or when the event has reached maximum capacity.
How to Register
Online: Click on the registration link on our events page to register online using a credit card or cookie dough.
Phone: Call 1-800-849-GIRL to register using a credit card or cookie dough over the phone.
In Person: Register at one of our three service centers using cash, check, credit card, or cookie dough.
Cancelations and Refunds
In the event that the council cancels an event, all registration fees will be refunded via the method of payment for the event.
Attendee cancelation requests will receive a full refund of their registration fees when made 10 business days prior to the event. To cancel your registration please contact customercare@gssc-mm.org
Cancelation requests made within fewer than 10 business days will not receive any refund of their registration fees.
Tag-a-Longs
A tag-a-long is someone other than the specific grade-level Girl Scout the event is designed to serve. Events that can accommodate tag-a-longs will have the “+Families” designation. Be sure to inform chaperones in advance when there are no tag-a-longs allowed at the event.
Cookie Dough
Cookie dough can be used to pay for all council signature and reoccurring events and with the online registration system as long as the girl has enough cookie dough in her account to cover the entire registration fee. The cookie dough ticket will be canceled and the purchaser will be contacted for an alternate method of payment if there is not enough cookie dough in the girl’s cookie dough account to cover all fees.
Severe Weather
Events are planned rain or shine. In the event of severe weather the council will notify attendees 24 hours prior to the event of the severe weather cancelation.
Event Information
Event information will be sent out 5 business days prior to the event. This information will include specific details of the event including who to contact on the day of in case of emergency.
Adult Attendance
Adult chaperones are required at all events unless specifically specified in the event description. Individual girls must have a chaperone with them and troops must meet the girl to adult ratio specified for trips in Safety Activity Checkpoints when attending events.
