An online photography course for Girl Scouts. Learn the basics of photography, shooting like a pro and even owning a business! Photography is one of the largest, most used skill worldwide. With over 1.8 billion photos uploaded to social media each day, everyone is a photographer. Learning photography allows us to not only share our life with generations to come, but it’s a valuable skill in marketing businesses. Our goal is to empower young girls to learn new skills and understand they can use it for much more than taking the perfect selfie. We take our experience, our knowledge and passion for this job and share it with as many photographers as possible! We provide online courses for students that are self-paced and mobile-friendly. Photography can be very technical, confusing and it takes a lot of snap shots to learn a new skill. With our new online format girls learn a new skill in just a few minutes through video instruction, review examples of work, see real life demonstrations and then complete a photo challenge geared to perfecting the skill. Each photo challenge builds upon the previous skill and before they know it, they have the skills to locate the best light in their situation and can compose the image to tell a story.
