This year's event will be held on April 18, 2026, in Columbia, SC at The Hall at Dupre’s with our Girlz Gear Shop open at the Cathy Novinger Girl Scout Leadership Building (across the street).
Adult Recognitions and Awards
We have amazing, out-of-this-world volunteers serving girls across our 22 counties. Because of our volunteers, our girls reach for the stars and learn that being a Girl Scout is awesome. To recognize this dedication and service, there are several ways parents, girls, and fellow volunteers can say thank you!
What makes a Girl Scout volunteer extraordinary? All leaders serve to create an amazing experience for girls, but when volunteers go above and beyond, we want to know! Refer to Adult Awards Fact Sheet for more information on awards you can earn.
Nomination Form
The nominating individual or group completes the nomination form. Give pertinent facts, dates, positions held (if any). Provide objective, results-oriented information on how the service given meets the award requirements. More info about the awards and the nomination form can be found here.
Volunteer Years of Service
Volunteers Years of Service pins are given out to volunteers in 5-year increments (5 year, 10 year, 15 year, etc.) to recognize his/her active years of volunteer service.
Please note - You must report the number of years you have served in an adult volunteer capacity for Girl Scouts to receive this pin. This is not your total membership years, only years of service as an adult volunteer.
