Girls who participated in the Girl Scout Cookie Program may have Cookie Dough available that can be applied to a camp balance. If you wish to use cookie dough to complete your deposit, requests can be made to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 800-849-4475. It's important to know that the best way to secure your spot is to complete your registration and deposit online. Requests for registrations to be completed with Cookie Dough will be processed in the order received, but spaces cannot be held and may no longer be available.
All camp balances must be paid in full by May 15, 2023, to hold your spot in camp. Deposits will not be refunded for unpaid balances. Camp registration closes two weeks before the start date of each residential camp and one week before the start date of each day camp.
Each camp session requires a non-refundable deposit at the time of registration and will be applied to your session cost. Deposits cannot be transferred to another camper. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required for all camp programs. Exceptions may apply to short-week programs.
Early bird and member discounts are automatically applied at registration. No discount codes necessary. Early bird discount is available until January 31, 2023, for members. WaBak Tripping, Equestrian, and family programs are excluded from the early discount.

Registrants will receive information regarding health forms in late winter. All registrants must complete health forms two weeks prior to attending camp.
Campers must be active Girl Scout members to apply for a summer camp scholarship. To be considered for a scholarship, all applicants must register for camp and pay the $50 nonrefundable deposit. Scholarships are available based on financial need and may cover partial or full cost of camp, minus the $50 nonrefundable deposit. Only completed applications will be considered for scholarships. Completion of application does not guarantee scholarship funding. Please also note, any remaining Cookie Dough credit must be used towards camp registration fees before scholarship funds may be provided. First round applications will close on March 31, 2023. If you have not been notified of the application status by April 7, 2023, please reach out to email@example.com. If funds remain available, a second round of applications will close on April 30, 2023. If you have not been notified of the application status for the second round by May 5, 2023, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. If funds remain after the second round, they will be available, first come, first served, until all funds are dispersed.
When a camp is full, a link to a waitlist form will be provided in the session description. Please fill out this form. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted and will have 48 hours to complete registration and payment.
