How do I renew?

All Girl Scout membership renewals are completed in your Girl Scout account online. Renewals can be completed by either a primary caregiver who manages the account, or by a troop leader.

For Primary Caregivers:
-Login to your Girl Scout Account & click “My Account”
-Select “My Household” on the left menu bar

To renew...
-All members and roles within your household, click the “Select All” box under both Adults and Girls, or
-Select each member and role individually

-Click “Review Cart” and complete any information to process payment

For Troop Leaders:
-Login to your Girl Scout Account & click “My Account”
-Select “My Troop(s)” on the left menu bar

To renew...
-All members and roles in your troop, click the “Select All” box under both Adults and Girls, or
-Select each member and role individually

-Click “Review Cart” and complete any information to process payment

All members have the option to pay by credit card in their Girl Scout account.  Girl members may also  be renewed with Cookie Dough. To pay with Cookie Dough, please select the “Program Credits” option as your payment type. Primary Caregivers have the option to request Financial Aid. Please allow 3-5 business days for both Cookie Dough and Financial Aid processing. A staff member will follow up directly if there is insufficient Cookie Dough funds for the renewal. All Financial Aid requests are required to submit an additional form that will be emailed to the member the following business day. Memberships are not active until full payment is received.
