All elementary age girls and siblings can join us on Saturday, November 8 at Congaree National Park for an adventure-filled morning of discovery, creativity, and connection-all for just $3 per girl!
This hands-on nature experience is open to all girls and families-no Girl Scout membership required! You'll explore Congaree's trails, learn about local wildlife, and try exciting activities like:
🌟 A nature scavenger hunt
🌟 Bird, bug, and tree spotting
🌟 Practicing simple Leave No Trace principles
It's the perfect way to get a taste of what Girl Scouts is all about-friendship, fun, and exploring the world around you. Bring your sense of adventure, a snack, and a reusable water bottle-we'll take care of the rest!
This event is for all girls in elementary school and their families:
- Any girl with an adult (Community Members & Girls Scouts)
- Families with at least one adult
- Girl Scout Troops with proper adult to child ratio
Adults/Caregivers must register and attend with their kids - adult registration is $0. Adults will not be tasked with leading the program or activities but will need to stay for the duration of the program and provide supervision. This is not a drop off program! Children will need to bring a snack and a reusable water bottle. More information about check-in will be sent out via a confirmation email 3-5 prior to the event. Cancellations will be handled through Customer Care. Council staff will notify everyone if they need to cancel at least by the day before, November 7, 2025. Refunds will be given up to one week prior to the event; please contact Customer Care at Csutomercare@gssc-mm.org directly to handle all refunds/cancellations.
