Join us for a weekend of Wilderness Wisdom at Mountain Magic 2025 located at Camp WaBak. This two-night event is for GSSC-MM Adult Volunteers to socialize, receive training, and have a great time with other adult volunteers.
Check-in will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, and the event ends Sunday, October 19.
Registration is $60 per person with additional fees for select sessions (details below). Registration includes meals (Friday evening snack, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Sunday breakfast and optional lunch) a fun patch, and vinyl transfer to be added to an item of your choice!
By the end of August email confirmations will be sent with a form to be completed for session selection and additional information needed to confirm logistics for the weekend. Please note some sessions (as indicated with an *) have an additional cost beyond the registration fee, and we will follow up to confirm and collect payment.
Session topic previews: Hammock Camping, Outdoor Art, *Building with PVC*, *Rug Braiding*, New Leader round-table, Mental Health, Tie-Dye, Multi-Level Troop round-table, Sewing, Knife Safety, working with older girls round-table, Trees & Nature Games, Knot Tying, Backpacking Skills, *Outdoor Cooking*, *USA Archery Certification*, Small Watercraft Safety, and Camp Service Projects.
