Get ready to thread your creativity at the Cathy Novinger Girl Scout Leadership Center! In this hands-on sewing workshop, girls will learn the basics of stitching, practice new skills, and create a small take-home project to show off their handiwork. Whether it's their first time holding a needle or they're already a crafty creator, girls will build confidence, try something new, and discover just how sew much fun it is to make something all their own!
Who can attend? All girls in 2-5 grade:
* Any girl (Community Members & Girls Scouts)
* Girl Scout Troops
Adults/Caregivers can attend with their kids. Adults will not be tasked with leading the program or activities but can stay for the duration of the program and provide supervision.
Participants will need to bring a bagged lunch and a reusable water bottle. More information about drop off and pick up will be sent out via a confirmation email. Confirmation emails will be sent out three to five business days prior to the program's start date. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact customercare@gssc-mm.org.
Cancellations will be handled through Customer Care. Council staff will notify everyone if they need to cancel at least by the day before, December 18, 2025. Refunds will be given up to one week prior to the event; please contact Customer Care at Customercare@gssc-mm.org directly to handle all refunds/cancellations.
