Families with girls in K-3rd grade are invited to a fun,
hands-on event to discover what Girl Scouts is all about! Explore our
Leadership Center, enjoy interactive activities, and experience the
fun of Girl Scouting firsthand. You'll see how Girl Scouts helps girls
build confidence, make lasting friendships, and discover new interests
through adventures in STEM, the outdoors, creativity, community
service, and so much more.Come meet our friendly team, explore all the
fun and opportunities Girl Scouts has to offer, and get all your
questions answered. No experience needed - just curiosity and a
willingness to try something new! It's the perfect first step for
families who want to see what Girl Scouts is all about and whether
it's the right fit for their girl.
Activities will include:
- Grab your name tag and "Fall into Girl Scouts" adventure map to begin the fun.
- Participate in a Girl Scout activity like you would in a regular troop meeting
- Learn classic Girl Scout traditions and make a camping-themed craft.
- Explore how different types of energy and make your own pumpkin launcher.
- Meet program staff and discover upcoming camps and events.
- Enjoy camp songs, learn about day camp and pick up a s'morestogo treat.
