Join us for a joyful celebration at Camp WaBak as we officially open our newly restored Observation Deck Trail (commonly referred to as ODT)-made possible through the generous support of the Hathaway Foundation! This special event brings together a trail re-opening ceremony and a camp open house, creating one unforgettable day of adventure, exploration, and community connection.
After the ribbon cutting, tour camp and enjoy a variety of hands-on activities at your own pace. Try canoeing on the lake, practice outdoor skills, get creative with arts and crafts, roast a s'more at the campfire, tour the cabins and facilities, join an adultled hike along the brandnew trail, and so much more. Attendees are welcome to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on site.
Whether you're a longtime Girl Scout family, brandnew to camp, or a community member curious about what we do-you're invited to come hike, play, and explore the magic of Camp WaBak!
