Strengthen the bond that matters most. This two-hour experience invites Girl Scouts and their trusted adult-whether a female caregiver or troop leader-to connect in meaningful ways through guided activities focused on social-emotional health and positive
relationships. Led by Mary Addison Yates, owner of Journey2Empowerment, participants will build
communication skills, deepen trust, and leave with tools to support one another long after the session ends.
This month's session: College. A job. The military. A gap year. Whatever comes next, she's standing at the edge of everything changing, and honestly, so are you. This session creates space for girls to explore who they're becoming and how to trust themselves stepping into what's next. And for the trusted adults who raised them, it's about learning how to stay close without holding on too tight. Because the goal was never to let go - it was always to grow together, just in an exciting new way.
