Discover the leader within you! This month, girls will explore what it means to be leaders and learn that leadership comes in many forms. Participants will discover different leadership styles, identify their unique strengths and talents, and gain a better understanding of how confidence, communication, teamwork, and decision-making contribute to effective leadership. Through engaging activities, discussions, and real-world examples, girls will reflect on their own leadership potential and learn how to make a positive impact in their schools, communities, and Girl Scout experiences.
Girls will also explore how leadership skills can help them achieve their future goals, whether they are preparing for college, entering the workforce, pursuing a trade, or leading a Gold Award project. By the end of the session, participants will have a stronger understanding of their leadership abilities and practical strategies for leading with confidence in everyday situations.
