Get ready to go behind the scenes and discover how roads are built - from the ground up!
Join us at LCI Lineberger Construction for an exciting, hands-on experience led by the incredible Women of Asphalt. Girls will step into the world of construction and engineering, explore a working facility, and meet inspiring women who are building careers (and communities!) in STEM.
During this interactive program, girls will:
- Tour the
facility and see construction in action
- Connect with women in
STEM and hear their real-life career stories
- Engage in
meaningful conversations about leadership, confidence, and breaking
barriers
- Get hands-on with fun activities - including a
creative rice crispy treat challenge that simulates the asphalt-making process!
This is a unique opportunity to explore a field you might not have considered, ask questions, try something new, and see how STEM shows up in the world around us every day.

This is not a drop-off event. Any/all girls will need to register with a Troop Leader or Chaperone to be allowed to attend. Individually registered girls with adults are welcome to register as well. Adults will not be tasked with leading the program or activities but are required to stay for the duration of the program and provide supervision.
Confirmation emails will be sent out three to five business days prior to the program's start date. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact customercare@gssc-mm.org.
Cancellations with a refund request must be submitted to Customer Care before Sunday, April 19, 2026 at midnight. No refunds will be issued to any/all cancellation requests after this date.
This program will be held in Lancaster Co.
