This program is open to Cadette Girl Scouts (grades 6-8). Since we are starting a new book this month, new participants are welcome to join. Girls should read the first half of the chosen book before the meeting.
What Participants Will Do
Discuss key events, characters, and themes from the first half of the chosen book that was chosen in December.
Share their thoughts and hear different perspectives
Connect with fellow Girl Scouts from across the country
Practice communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills

Special Opportunities Through the Brown Girls Read partnership, participants will engage with literature that highlights diverse voices and perspectives while building community through shared reading and discussion. Important Information
