Things to Bring:
- Day Backpack: Full straps is best, and with enough room for everything for the day’s adventure!
- Durable water bottle: While insulated types are a little more expensive, they tend to keep water colder long which will keep your camper drinking! They also tend to be more durable.
- Bedding (sleeping bag or twin sheets, blanket, pillow)
- Sunscreen (SPF 30+)
- Bug spray
- Lip Balm
- Toiletries (in small tote to take to shower)
- Brush/comb, hair ties
- Sanitary items (if needed)
- “Beach towel” for water activities
- “Bath towel” and washcloth for showers
- Plastic bag for wet clothes; a plastic grocery bag is fine
- Laundry bag for dirty clothes; mesh recommended
- Unbreakable plate, cup, and utensils for cook out
- Flashlight or headlamp and spare batteries
Camp Fashion:
- Socks and full lace-up, comfortable tennis shoes or hiking shoes. We will be walking a lot and playing games! We don’t want any shoes left behind! Crocs DO NOT count as closed-toe shoes.
- Bathing suit or two
- Water shoes or caged sandals for water activities: Old tennis shoes work well or Keen style with full-toed cage and back strap (no Chacos, Crocs, or Tevas)
- Raincoat or poncho
- T-shirts
- Shorts and/or pants
- Socks and underwear (enough for every day +1)
- PJs
- Sweater, sweatshirt, or light jacket
- Costume items for theme of the week
