At Girl Scout camp, we want every camper to feel safe, supported, and ready for fun. These expectations help us create a welcoming community where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive.
Treat fellow campers, staff, and
volunteers with kindness and respect.
Use inclusive language and
actions so everyone feels welcome.
Listen to counselors and
follow directions to keep camp safe and fun.
Follow camp rules and safety guidelines
at all times.
Stay with your group and let a counselor know if
you need help or a break.
Use equipment and supplies as instructed.
Participate in activities with a
positive attitude and try your best—even when something is new.
Support your fellow campers and celebrate each other’s
successes.
Help care for our camp spaces and supplies.
Camp is a place to explore, learn, and
grow—trying something new is part of the adventure!
It’s okay
to ask questions or take things at your own pace.
Let staff know if you’re feeling
unwell, upset, or homesick—we’re here to help.
Clean up after
yourself and help keep camp beautiful for everyone.
Leave camp
better than you found it.
Laugh, play, make friends, and enjoy every moment of camp magic.
